I think all Chick-Fil-A restaurants are pretty much the same so I am just writing this because this is the one I go to. The place is well maintained and the owner is usually on-site. This location has a play area for kids and on Tuesday evenings kids eat free. The chocolate shakes there are surprisingly good for a fast-food place.

Great food, great atmosphere (very family friendly), and the price is worth every penny. I received my food within 30 seconds of being handed my change. The service is fantastic here. The manager on duty treated me like I was at a sit-down restaurant. He refilled my drink for me and took my tray and garbage when I was finished. This is the only Chick-fil-A within a 45 mile radius from me, and it's worth the drive any time I'm in Overland Park. It's extremely clean and organized. To the parents: there is a nice little playground for your children. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service, even for a Chick Fil A. Always very busy but line moves very fast and have never had any issues with the quality of the food.

This was our first time eating here as there is not any in our area. Very clean. There was an employee wiping off tables as soon as customers left. Seemed to be a popular place to take young kids. Lots of young families here on a Saturday at noon. Got the chicken nuggets, husband got the spicy chicken sandwich, both with the waffle fries. We liked the food, not greasy at all as many fast food places are.

Chick-fil-a is awesome. I don't understand why that in order to get good service in America, this is the only franchise restaurant in the US that can get it right. Fast, clean, well-trained staff. Food is always good. We had one issue with service one time with a young man that acted strangely to my wife, but that's been one bad experience in many dozen visits. These are the only nuggets our young twin boy will eat.

Great fast food place! It seems much healthier than the other more popular ones however I've never done a nutritional comparison. The kid's play area is small but fun. The service is fast and friendly; never had any issues with our food or service. We always dine-in so I can't speak for the drive-thru. The chicken nuggets that come in the kids meal are about half the size of a regular nugget and are more for kids under 3 or so.

Chick Fil A is by far the best fast food joint to take your kids to. Good kids meal options and a playground that is clean. Highly recommended.

5 stars!!! Came here with my five year old daughter, ordered food, realized I had forgotten my wallet. They insisted that I take the meal free of charge. Came back later with the $ and they refused to take it. This is excellent customer service. Life-long, loyal customer now.

My first Chick-Fil-A experience. Got the #3 spicy chicken sandwich meal. The spicy chicken sandwich was spicy enough to be tasty but not spicy enough to just take like hot. The sweet tea was delicious and the waffle fries were amazing! Gotta try the waffle fries!

Excellent service . It is nice to find A fast food restaurant that actually has outstanding customer service and goes out of there way to make each and every customer happy. It is a little I. The prices are little more expensive than most but definitely worth it. Their chick fil a sauce is to die for!!! Make sure you ask for a lot of it with your order!!!

Everyone knows that Chick-fil-a is the BEST chicken sandwiches anywhere, ever. The friendly staff, the quick orders, the great spicy chicken sandwich and the fries are a treat my family likes to get (probably too often). My kids (and wife) love the shakes and my wife loves their lemonade. I'm a fan of Coke Zero, which they have. I can't think of ever having a bad meal here or substandard food or any problems, they are the model all other fast food should look to.

My lunches at Chick-fil-A are consistently good. The classic chicken sandwiches are always satisfying, the waffle fries are decadent, and the side salads are a level above their competition. The employees are always pleasant, and the service is quick. The price is on the high side for lunch, but the customer survey discount (free sandwich) helps.

I have had a good experience at this location every time I've gone. It is always super busy, but they are fast (even the drive thru). The store is always clean and my order is always correct and fresh. My favorite menu item is the Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis. The only problem is, when I think about them, breakfast hours have past. If you need to order food for a special breakfast, a platter of Chick -fil-A Chick-n-Minis are a great option. They also have a fresh fruit platter that is beautiful and delicious. I have experiences both several times. Everyone was very have to show up to work and finding out what was available for breakfast! Note: You have to call a head for this. If you go inside to eat, you will likely have the pleasure of experiencing the host. He is amazing! I don't know how long he has worked there, but I can't think of a time I have gone and he wasn't there. He is basically there to keep the dining area clean and in order, replenish the condiments, and ensure you are have everything you need. It's pretty obvious though that his priority is you! I love the Polynesian Sauce (you have to ask for it) and my son (and now I) loves the Chck fil A Sauce (out on the counter). Access is not great, but I won't let that affect the number of stars I give it. Oh, and they are closed on Sunday, which is of course when I get a Chick fil A craving!

CONSISTENTLY, hands down, the best fast food in town. The service is always amazing and you can count on the taste being the same consistent awesome quality. I am sorry you are not open on Sundays when I always seem to get a craving for fried chicken, but GOD BLESS YOU for sticking to your values! EATING MOR CHIKEN! (Shhhhhh - don't tell my egg-laying chikens here at the farm....)

This place took my V Card on Chick-Fil-A. Supposedly the founder of this establishment invented chicken sandwich. I wouldn't question that statement at all cuz chicken sandwich was G-O-O-D! Their fries and ice cream/soft serve wasn't too bad either. I was genuinely pleasantly suprised by the whole experience. It's also clean, friendly and just really cute. My friend told me that they had a Chick-Fil-a in Riverside, CA (where I went to college) and I just wanted to shoot myself in the foot. I was totally missing out! I think the cow holding the sign "Eat More Chicken" is the cutest thing ever.

Had breakfast there yesterday and it was excellent. Used a promotion to try their new spicy chicken breakfast biscuit and it will be a wonderful menu addition for those who like spicier fare. It wasn't too spicy and there was plenty of real chicken breast meat to constitute a morning serving of protein,. And the biscuit was big and delicious. I ordered the cute little hash rounds to enjoy with my sandwich and they are delicious. Just the right amount of crunch. The coffee was good and the serving for a large coffee is 20 oz. There were options on creamer and for us purists who only like half & half that is available when you order at the counter, the other options of vanilla or hazelnut flavored creamer is on the condiment counter. Their condiment counter is awesome. All the various sauces you would want for your chicken or fries is arranged neatly for the customer to serve themselves in pre-sealed containers. There were selections of strawberry and grape jelly for those killer biscuits as well as honey. The final touch was a bowl of after dinner mints (even during breakfast hours). A lovely added touch was a vase of fresh flowers on each table or booth in the seating area and this store had free WiFi and well marked instructions on how to get on WiFi. I had the chance to check out the bathroom and it was CLEAN and well maintained. Soap, automatic towel dispenser, and even hand sanitizer by door on the way out. A+.

Neat, clean, decent food but poor food variety. One of my kids couldn't eat anything here. It will be nice to have a bit more variety, maybe a chicken topped pizza.
Sorry, Store hours have not been updated. If you are the owner of this restaurants. Please update the store hours.
